Meet the people and the stories behind every Clear Tech project.
Before founding Clear Tech, Christian Denuble spent years working inside organizations like the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), United Airlines, and LATAM Airlines. Very different industries, but always the same pattern: technically flawless solutions that didn't solve the business's real problem.
Clear Tech was born in 2018 and began operating in 2020, with the goal of understanding the business challenge first and building the technology from there: we believe that clarity — in objectives, in communication, and in results — is what separates a project that works from one that just gets delivered.

After years working inside organizations across very different industries, I saw the same pattern repeat itself: technically flawless solutions that didn't solve the business's real problem. Clear Tech was created to reverse that order: understand the challenge first, then build the technology.

Christian holds a degree in Information Technology (Universidad CAECE) and has more than 20 years of IT experience, specialized in Business Intelligence. He spent almost nine years as Senior Manager at TTEC, leading the offshore Data Management and BI practice across teams in the US, Argentina, and the Philippines, and over six years as Technical Director at Globant. That hands-on work alongside organizations like the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), United Airlines, and LATAM Airlines led him to found Clear Tech with the conviction that the best technical solution is the one that understands the client's challenge first.
His drive to find practical, effective solutions has been the engine behind the company's value proposition ever since: technology built to generate concrete impact.

Mauro is a Systems Engineer from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN), with more than 20 years of experience in the software and data industry. Before Clear Tech he was Head of Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence at Banco Hipotecario and led a global team of 10 data engineers at Globant, after building solutions for companies like Verizon Business and TTEC. He has led data and AI initiatives for companies in the energy, financial, BPO, and healthcare sectors.
He defines the overall architecture and the data and AI capabilities that sustain the value proposition for clients, and leads the transition toward the new era of agentic AI.

Juan holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and a Master's in Information Technology Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he graduated with honors. He has more than 20 years of experience leading projects, teams, and technology transformations for global organizations, including time at JPMorgan and years of work in Chicago and London alongside multicultural, distributed teams.
He leads delivery strategy and client relationships across the US and LATAM, in areas like data, AI, and digital transformation.

Santiago is a Data & AI professional trained at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), with more than 13 years of experience in technology, data analytics, and digital transformation. Before Clear Tech he spent almost eight years working in the Oil & Gas industry. His experience includes enterprise-scale analytics transformations, such as migrations and AI initiatives.
He leads the design and development of AI and advanced analytics solutions, with a focus on GenAI, AI agent systems, applied machine learning, and scalable data architectures — taking every initiative from experimentation to secure, governed production. He also designed and built Clear Tech's two products: Pengui (AI platform) and Barrelytics (Oil & Gas supply chain simulation).

Diego holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), with more than 20 years of experience in financial management and strategy. Before Clear Tech he was Senior Manager of Finance and Administration at a technology solutions company, and spent over a decade leading planning, structuring, and control processes across national and international operations.
He leads the Finance and Administration area, and supports the business's strategic decision-making.

Macarena holds a degree in Public Relations (Universidad Abierta Interamericana, UAI), with an executive specialization in People Analytics (Universidad del CEMA) and more than 10 years of experience in people management at technology companies. She designed and implemented onboarding, performance, and compensation processes, along with annual training programs, in operations that combine Argentine and US labor regulations.
She leads the Human Resources area, driving talent, development, and culture initiatives that support the business's growth and the team's experience.
